With an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a BA in Psychology, and over 30 years spent in the hospitality industry—a career built around understanding and supporting people—I bring compassion, empathy and a client-centred approach to therapy. I understand the importance of feeling truly heard and valued, and I am dedicated to providing a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions.

While completing my MSc in counselling and Psychotherapy I worked with a well-known mental health charity gaining firsthand experience in supporting people in some of their most challenging moments.

Whether you’re navigating retirement, coping with bereavement and loss, working through stress and anxiety, or experiencing low self-esteem, my goal is to support you to find balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
